EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME:

Within Pakistan: 3-5 working days (after order confirmation)

International: 6-15 working days (after order confirmation)

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. 

Disclaimer: Orders can be cancelled upon customer’s request any time before they are processed, Shanaas may cancel orders for any reasons which may include stock out, pricing issue or technical errors.

RETURN POLICY:

We are happy to exchange or refund any unworn item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 07 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in a new condition, with the pricing label secure.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Delivery charges for return are to be paid by customers, once we receive the return package, we will examine it and issue refund accordingly. 

The replacement process time due to pick up and delivery can take up to 2 weeks depending upon the availability of the item.

Please note that the product colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet. Conversely, once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
